All products are custom-made and produced upon receipt of an order.
Custom Products
All products sold through this website are personalized and custom-manufactured according to customer-provided information, including but not limited to:
- Names
- Addresses
- Realtor information
- Home photographs
- Logos
- Uploaded files
- Custom text
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all submitted information prior to checkout.
Premium Closing Gifts is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Intellectual Property
Customers represent and warrant that they own or have permission to use any photographs, logos, trademarks, or other materials submitted for customization.
Premium Closing Gifts assumes no liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted content.
Product Variations
Because each product is handcrafted and laser engraved, slight variations may occur, including:
- Wood grain differences
- Color variations
- Material variations
- Engraving depth variations
- Natural imperfections in wood, slate, cork, leather, or other materials
These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Order Approval
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that all submitted information is accurate and authorizes Premium Closing Gifts to produce the customized product as requested.
Orders may not be modified once production has begun.
